Exhibits
State agencies, nonprofit organizations and commercial businesses may request exhibit space in the Crowne Plaza for the purpose of displaying materials, products, supplies and/or information during the 2008 Transformation Conference.
Continental breakfast and lunch provided on both days.

Hotel check-in is 4 p.m.; check-out is 11 a.m.
Reservations for hotel sleeping rooms are the responsibility of conference participants. You may reserve a room by calling the hotel directly. Hotel rooms must be reserved by May 11, 2008, in order to receive the discounted conference rate. Attendees must ask for the "Transformation Conference" room block. Reservations after May 11, 2008, will be subject to availability. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or first-night reservation fee.

In you need to cancel your hotel reservation you must call the hotel directly. Reservations and refunds are not guaranteed by Prevention First, the Illinois Department of Human Services or the Illinois State Board of Education.

Parking is available at both hotels at no charge. All conference activities will take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Transforming Yourself

Take time during the conference to exercise your body as well as your mind. Healthy communities start with healthy individuals.

Parking Lot Boot Camp
Rise and shine with a challenging, but achievable morning exercise routine. We’ll start with stretching and warmup activities, then shift into a cardiovascular workout and strength training moves.

Exercises will include walking, jogging, running, jumping jacks and the like, and they are appropriate for participants of all fitness levels. As a Parking Lot Boot Camp cadet, you will sweat and pump your way through a positive, productive workout led by a certified trainer from Professional Fitness Coaching. If the weather is inclement, we’ll meet in the Sangamon Room for an indoor workout. Report for duty!
