BCPP SAPP Provider Directory

This resource is a statewide directory of the Illinois Department of Human Services Comprehensive Grant Program Providers who provide substance abuse prevention programming to local communities throughout Illinois. This directory is intended primarily to promote networking among provider agencies. This directory is a database of Comprehensive Grant Program Providers searchable by evidence-based program activities in the Comprehensive Grant Work Plan (Program Activity Index) and searchable by region (Provider Directory by Region)*.
