FY09 Comprehensive Work Plan Documents
(Microsoft Word Format)


To access the Microsoft Word version of the Work Plan documents you will need Microsoft Word '97 (or a newer version).

If you need assistance with accessing or downloading the Comprehensive Work Plan documents, call Kelly Kindred at 800.252.8951, ext. 122.

Upon completion of the Work Plan documents, follow the submission instructions provided in the Comprehensive Work Plan Instruction Guide.

To download Microsoft Word documents:
A. Click on the selected document below to open it. Depending on your personal settings, you may get a dialog box giving you the option of saving or opening the file. If that is the case, save the document to your location of choice (i.e. the desktop or a folder you create on your hard drive) and go to step C. If you do not see a dialog box, go to step B.
B. After opening the document:
i. Go to "File" in the browser menu (upper left of window).
ii. Drop down to "Save As" and select a location for the document on your computer (i.e. the desktop or a folder you create on your hard drive) and click Save. A copy of the chosen document is now downloaded (saved) to your computer.
C. Repeat this process for all the documents you determine you need.

To complete these documents in Microsoft Word:

A. Close your browser by clicking on the "x" in the top right hand corner.
B. Launch Microsoft Word, if it is not already open.
C. Go to the location (folder) where you saved the documents.
D. Open the document of choice and complete the form.
E. Save the document under a different name to keep the original document intact for your reference.
