2022 Red Ribbon Week Theme

This year the National Red Ribbon Week theme is Celebrate Life. Live Drug-Free.TM This theme is a reminder that everyone has a voice and encourages them to use their voice to make a difference, no matter who they are or where they’re from.

When we work together the possibilites are endless. Through conversation and education, the goal is to for students to make a personal commitment to live drug-free lives. While developing positive coping skills and focusing on making healthier and safer choices, student can learn what to do to resist peer pressure.


Get Involved

With the ongoing nationwide pandemic and social distancing guidelines, this year’s Red Ribbon Week will be a little different from ones in the past, but there are still a number of ways to celebrate with your schools and communities.

During Red Ribbon Week and for the month of October, virtual activities are presented for everyone to provide the most up-to-date information while promoting awareness for a healthier lifestyle for all to share. Sharing these personal experiences among peers and families can establish the importance of sustaining one to be drug-free and proud.
