The situational dynamics in regard to privacy and confidentiality are different in Technology assisted Care (TAC). The session will address the broader aspects of confidentiality and regulatory issues. Responding to emergencies will be addressed in addition to providing additional provider resources (this is the one we may want to get more information and collaborate with the state people on) on the topics.
1. Increase TAC knowledge around state and federal regulations
2. Develop resources to guide policy and procedures for TAC
This webinar will be 30 minutes with an additional 15 minutes of Q&A with IDHS/SUPR.
