The Illinois Department of Human Services/Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (IDHS/SUPR) recognizes the need to clarify how community intervention (CI), early intervention (EI), and recovery support services (RSS) influence community wellness.

Recovery Support Services

Recovery Support Services can occur within the community or in a treatment setting. RSS can include employment, peer and recovery coaching, recovery homes, recovery skills, spiritual support, transportation, and employment training as defined at http://www.dhs.state.il.us/page.aspx?item=46520.
