Foundations in Quality Improvement
Foundations in Quality Improvement (FQI) presents tools and information designed to equip team leaders and supervisors with core QI skills. Team leaders and supervisors will be able to identify areas of improvement within their organization, develop a 5 step plan, and utilize a coaching model to support other team members.

The Illinois Department of Human Services funds this training and is only open to license-funded treatment professionals in the state of Illinois.
