Benefits of Becoming a Conference Exhibitor

For 2 days, approximately 300 professionals who work across the continuum of care in prevention, treatment, recovery, mental health, school-based personnel, and community-based organizations will be gathered in Naperville for the Connections in Prevention Conference. This is your chance to get in front of them! As an exhibitor, you’ll have the chance to engage with attendees to:

  • Expand your network and build new relationships.

  • Elevate your brand and promote your services.

  • Invest in the important work our attendees are doing across the state.

Exhibitor Base Cost: $400

The cost to rent one booth space as a single exhibitor is $400 This will provide you with:


  • Dedicated exhibitor booth space.

  • 6 ft. Table.

  • 2 Chairs.

  • Two days of visibility in the Exhibit Hall.

  • Participant list of conference attendees.

  • Up to two complimentary conference registrations.

 Exhibitor Add-Ons 

You can also purchase several add-ons to bring additional value to your exhibitor purchase:

  • Vendor Passport - $50: This is a great opportunity to meet all registered conference attendees. Each attendee will visit your booth to have their passport validated. A drawing will be held at the end of the conference.

  • Electricity at Your Booth: $40/booth/day.

  • Lead Generation - $250 (paid and provided through Expo Pass): Lead retrieval is a means of capturing and following up on leads that are generated at an event, conference, trade show, etc. By using Expo Pass for lead retrieval, you can forget about worrying about how you will capture attendee information. Instead, you can focus on creating genuine interactions with your leads while easily following up with them post-event.

**Expo Pass will communicate with you directly about how to sign up and use the lead generation program.**

Terms and Conditions

  • Application for Space: All applications for an exhibit booth must be submitted using the form provided below.

  • Assignment of Space: Booths will be assigned by the conference planning committee.

  • Terms of Payment: No payment is required at the time of application for space. Payment of the exhibit fee is due once the application is approved and no later than July 26, 2024.

  • Cancellations: All cancellations of exhibit space must be made in writing no later than August 30, 2024. Cancellations up to that time are subject to a $100 administrative fee per booth. Cancellations for refund will not be allowed after August 30, 2024.

  • General Restrictions: Prevention First reserves the right to control or prohibit any exhibit or any part of any exhibit that is unacceptable or in line with the organization’s mission and values. Aisle space may not be used for exhibit purposes or sign displays. Material distribution by exhibitors is exclusively reserved for the exhibit area and may not take place in any areas of the hotel outside of the exhibit area.
