Building upon the concepts introduced in the first webinar, participants will look at a hypothetical community to identify the most appropriate policy strategies to implement, based on contributing factors of the identified alcohol-related problem. The importance of using data to support efforts will be discussed, as well as how to develop political will, community support, and consensus for policy initiatives.
Objectives: Participants will:
- Learn how to identify and select appropriate policy strategies to reduce alcohol related problems in a community.
- Identify additional community data that can support the selected policy strategy.
