This training explores a comprehensive, community-centered approach to preventing and responding to gun violence by recognizing that lasting change requires a strong ecosystem that promotes safety, healing, resilience, and restoration. Using the metaphor of a healing forest, participants will examine root causes and contributing factors of community violence while learning evidence-informed prevention and intervention strategies.
