This Lunch & Learn will explore the role of case management in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment and how effective practices align with Illinois Administrative Rule Part 2060. Participants will collaboratively discuss how case managers assess patient needs, address barriers to treatment and recovery, coordinate services across systems, connect patients with community resources, advocate for patient choice, monitor progress, and document services effectively. The session will emphasize person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented approaches and include an interactive case scenario to help participants apply these concepts in practice.
