Leadership Development

 

This workshop will explore the components needed to build a culture of serving others first and exploring one's identity and relationship with their emotions.  Through interactive discussions about emotional maturity, leadership development, and appropriate use of one’s experience to advocate for change, participants will walk away with an increased ability to build a thriving community culture.

  • Develop servant leadership / EQ evaluation for staff and clients
